Pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood can feel overwhelming at times. There's so much change happening all at once -physically, emotionally, and mentally and it's not always easy to know what to expect. Everyone's journey is different.
You deserve to feel supported, heard, and cared for throughout this journey, especially when you can feel so physically and mentally exhausted. Having someone by your side who can offer reassurance, guidance, and knowledge can make all the difference during moments of uncertainty.

Birth Prep - $500
This package is perfect for families who want knowledgeable, compassionate guidance before birth but may not need in-person labor support, possibly for those who have had children before. Together, we'll prepare you and your partner for a confident birth experience.
Services include:
- 2 in-depth prenatal visits (virtual or in-person) to discuss and create your birth plan, practice comfort measures, and discuss expectations for the birth and more
- Partner preparation guidance
- Printable labor support positions
- Hospital bag checklist
- 24/7 On-Call Availability via text/email/call throughout your entire pregnancy
In-Home Family Support - $1000
I offer in-home family support during the first 8 weeks after birth, visiting 3-4 days per week for 4 hours to provide practical help, encouragement, and support during your transition into early parenthood.
Services include:
- 1 prenatal visit & 8 weeks of supportive in-home visits after birth focused on your healing and gentle guidance. Together, we’ll reflect on your birth experience and create space for rest and recovery.
- I’ll provide a nourishing meal and offer light housekeeping, such as washing dishes, sweeping, or taking out the trash, etc.
- Practical newborn support (soothing, swaddling, diapering, helping parents learn baby cues, etc
- Connection to local and online resources as needed
- 24/7 availability via text/email/call
- If additional time is needed, an additional hourly charge will be incurred
NOT included:
- Lactation
- Carseats
- Animals
- Overnight care
The Premium Package - $1400
This package is for families wanting continued support every step of the way, the whole shabang! The premium package includes everything from birth preparation to in-home support after baby arrives
Birth Services include:
- 2 prenatal visits to discuss and create your birth plan, practice comfort measures, and discuss expectations for the birth
- On-call availability period begins at 36 weeks
- Hospital bag checklist
- partner preparation guidance
- I will remain with you throughout your labor and birth and will stay a maximum of two hours after the birth of your beautiful baby
Postpartum Services Include:
- 3 postpartum visits for 4 hours to help transition into parenthood
- bring meals or cook the meals for you and your partner
- offer light housekeeping, such as washing dishes, sweeping, or taking out the trash, etc.
- Practical newborn support (soothing, swaddling, diapering, helping parents learn baby cues, etc
- If additional time is needed, an additional hourly charge will be incurred
